Bridgewater 106 Beautiful Renovated condo in Litchfield by the Sea!

This is a great condo located on the north end of Bridgewater. Beautiful ocean views in this beach front, updated condo in immaculate condition! This is a one bedroom condo with a king sized bed and a double Murphy bed. New flat screen TVs, new table and cabinet under TV, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, furnishings and new appliances. New HVAC installed January 2025. Indoor pool, locker rooms and now outdoor pool deck will be totally redone for 2024 season. Don't miss this opportunity! Litchfield is located just a 70 mile drive for a historic day trip to Charleston, SC or a 25 mile drive to the attractions of Myrtle Beach. Litchfield by the Sea offers private beach access and beach clubhouse, fishing/crabbing piers, miles of walking trails, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts and more! This unit does not have a dishwasher in the unit and washer/dryer services are located within the Bridgewater Building on the 2nd floor.
