“Room was generally unclean, the bedding was fresh but floor hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Room smelt very strongly of smoke, there were only two towels for five travellers in a family room and there was no hand soap in the container. To top it off, Air con was broken on a very hot night stay. Tried to resolve some of the issues but the reception closed at 9pm and there was no one available to help.”
