Don't want to be too high…unit 107 is perfect. Unit overlooks the pool and with a direct eye-level view of the Gulf of Mexico, what else could you ask for. Sit out on the large balcony and be close enough to keep an eye on your family at the pool while feeling the ocean breeze. Emerald Isle is in a great location on Pensacola Beach. You can walk to shops and restaurants yet you tucked away from the main road so you can have your privacy too. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a king in the master and two twins in the extra bedroom. If you need extra sleeping, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the den. You'll find three TV's and three DVD players for extra enjoyment when the lights go down. With two pools, on-site fitness facility and sauna along with a community hot tub. You'll have everything you need here so go ahead and make plans to come back again and again.

Things to know
**PLEASE NOTE**
​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.

Work Schedule and Site Activity
• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.

Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great little getaway!

Overall it was a great place to stay for me and two of my good friends. The place itself could use a few little minor upgrading but overall for the price is was perfect!! Loved our view!!

Great view and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this 1st floor condo. It was very clean. It could use some updates on furniture, decor, fixtures etc. With that said, it was a very nice place and value for what you get. The sea view and location are top notch. Privacy was somewhat compromised as we were overlooking the pool/staff area but the convenience of being on the 1st floor made up for that. We could use the stairs when elevators were crowded or slow. Overall, we loved our stay!

Rules are well enforced, not a lot of noise and partying especially late which is a definite plus. Also people complain about all the codes to get in gates and doors but we actually appreciate it because we feel much safer here than in other places. This is our second stay here and won’t be our last.

Nice place to stay

I was worried that some of the reviews mentioned it being a bit worn down, but we found it to be really nice. Everything was perfectly functional (except the outside furniture, which is not usable). It wasn't all the newest, but we felt like it was a perfect balance between price and fanciness. I'd definitely stay there again. And the communications from the rental management were great and thorough. Thanks for a great stay!

St. Patrick’s Day weekend stay

Great location, loved being on the second floor for quick access/exiting of the building. We joined the pub crawl and being able to get in and out of the condo easily was perfect. And it was still an amazing view of the gulf.

Nice but needs updates

We enjoyed our stay because we were on the beach. We have rented other condos at Emerald Isle and have been pleased. This condo though could use some serious updates. Just a few conveniences would make it fabulous - new sheets, tv remotes that work, a Keurig or new coffee maker, clean lamp shades - just to name a few. A little TLC would make all of the difference for this place!

Exactly as described

The elevators / steps and gates / codes were our only complaint. 90% of the time only 1 elevator worked and at prime times the lobby would be FILLED with people waiting. Being as we were on the 1st floor the steps weren’t bad, but the code would only access one set, and both sets only exit to the parking lot. So after carrying everything down the steps to the parking lot we still had to enter a code to get back into the building and through the lobby. The gate from the pool to the beach was broken all week as well as the man gate from the lot to the street, the code wouldn’t work so someone had propped a rock between. Other than that place was perfect!!!!!

Needs updating bad!!!

Within an hour of arriving we were searching for somewhere else to stay. Unfortunately there was nothing else close by so we stuck it out for the week. Needs updating very bad!! Ice maker didn’t work! Beds were uncomfortable! Multiple dining room chairs were coming apart. Outdoor furniture was very rickety! One pool was shut down which I know wasn’t the owners fault but just a bit of inconvenience. They need to come in and do some major updating and renovations. Definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent.

Upon arrival we did not have a code for the door. The management company left us standing at the door of our room in cold weather so they could ask ridiculous questions to verify our identity of which VRBO already had. Not a good start. The condo was a nice size but very rundown. It was in need of maintenance and upkeep. Dirty dishes were in the cabinet, silverware unclean. Need to have cleaning staff double check before placing in cabinets and drawers. We have never stayed in a place where there was not even a salt and pepper shaker to use, sounds trivial but is an inconvienence. Maybe we have been spoiled in other places.

The condo is nice. Clean - except for I do not recommend walking barefoot. (To be fair, tile floors are hard to keep truly clean). The only real issue I had was the water pressure. Very little in the master bath and zero in the guest bath. Improved slightly when we turned the washing machine off. Ironically, it seemed like a main water line ran through the condo because the water running through the pipes was loud and constant. The balcony has a nice view. I would recommend booking something higher up if you want to hear the ocean or have any quiet peace. There are several water pumps (or something) directly below the balcony near the pool. They are loud. I would love to give this 5 stars because I know how it is to run a property. People are more likely to complain than to praise. However, I feel I should be honest to anyone who is going to pay $300 in fees. The water pressure was highly frustrating. After a day at the beach, you want a nice shower.

Great location

Great location on the beach, there is nothing like being right there to walk to your chairs and umbrella on the beach. The balcony is nice and large, deeper than most places. The windows and views are great. This unit being on the first floor still has good views of the water and I love all the palm trees. All the rooms are good size except the 2nd bedroom is a little small. The unit when we went had crumbs left on the stove, very sticky floors and a lot of ants in the unit. This particular unit is in need of an update and some things were broken and needed to be replaced. I don’t believe this unit is indicative of others in the building.
