Clean and close to beach

This property was clean and had all the essentials we needed during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the laundry room. Great stay! Would do it again!

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay - so much so that we extended our visit one day longer! The condo was very clean and well kept. All needed supplies were available. I appreciated the beach chairs, etc for use! Everything was well labeled and check in was a breeze. Thank you again - we hope to come back!!

Living the beach dream

A great place and excellent location! This unit has nice parking and easy access to the condo up a straight flight of stairs. Everything was in perfect condition. The beach is a short walk thru the complex, very handy. Enjoyed the stay.

Amazing we loved our stay

The property is beautiful the layout is very convenient. The condo is a two bedroom one on each end one and a half bath and a laundry room in between the two bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook inside nice dining room we loved our stay.

It was a quick trip.

It was nice. We didn’t go to the beach at the place we actually drove further down. The dryer in the place did not work very well we had to use other.

Great Vacation

We booked the property for a quick anniversary vacation and loved everything about the property! It was close to the beach, far enough away from the Pensacola Beach to not hear all of the traffic, but close enough to get there quickly. Had trouble finding it because GPS got us lost, but the host was able available to give us landmarks even after hours! Will definitely book here again. Thank you!

Beach vacation

Great location just feet from the beach. Unit was clean, updated & owner was easy to communicate with. Only complaint is the upper unit above us was very loud & up all night making sleeping a challenge (may have been renters). Otherwise, close to the beach & bay!

Great spot for a quick get away. A quick 2-3 minute wal to and from the beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. Response time was quick from the management company as well. Couldn’t have asked for an easier trip and accommodations.

Villa on the Gulf

My family and I traveled from Texas to Pensacola and chose Villas on the gulf. We really liked this property. It was very clean and had a great location. The communication with the property manager was amazing. She was very responsive from the time I booked until I left. They do have a decent pond here so if you like fishing- bring your pole. There are plenty of bass and bluegill. We had a wonderful time and my family agreed we will be back next year and hope to stay here again.

Last summer getaway

My family and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach to finalize our summer. This condo was perfect for my family including our two grown teenagers. The walk to the beach was very easy and comfortable and only took two minutes (I timed it). The condo was very clean and had anything we needed. The owners were amazing! The AC gave us trouble the first night, they had it fixed within an hour. We left a few items behind after we checked out, they notified me immediately and mailed it to me the following day. Great communication! I highly recommend this well decorated and comfortable condo,

Decent Beach Condo in a Convenient Location

My stay at this beach condo was generally pleasant. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the sandy beach and with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The condo itself was well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The living room offered a cozy space to relax, and the balcony provided a nice spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The bedrooms were spacious and had ample storage for our belongings. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after a day of beach activities. However, I did notice an issue with mold in the shower area. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, it was a bit off-putting and could be a concern for those sensitive to allergens. I believe addressing this issue would elevate the overall experience. Despite this minor drawback, we enjoyed our time at this beach condo. The location and overall amenities made for a relaxing getaway. With a bit of attention to the shower area, this condo could easily earn a five-star rating.
