The living room features a new 65" Smart TV. The large gourmet kitchen, perfect for the chef at heart, includes upscale stainless appliances including an extra large Subzero refrigerator, two sinks, Keurig and two coffeemakers, two dishwashers and a wet bar overlooking the dining area.

A first floor master suite includes custom cabinetry, private Gulf front balcony, walk-in closet, and a room-sized, spa-like master bath with “wet room” featuring a rainfall shower and garden tub. The master suite also has a new 55" Smart TV.
