"We had a clogged toilet, I called it into the front desk at 9:00 a.m. We didn't come back to our room until 10:00 p.m. and we had the same clock toilet I had to place another call which they came right away but the guy unclogged the toilet and left it a filthy mess."

We had a couple very minor issues while staying there (ice machine was leaking, and a beep noise was coming from the pool filter) and he responded immediately to get them taken care of.
