"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. "An amazing experience! Stars (we got lucky with the new moon) and the valley views were fantastic! Not to mention the mountain Veronica vista in bed in the morning! We had the top dome. Felt like a great choice. Recommend requesting a pickup in ollantaytambo around 3pm or earlier - so you can get to top in time and still have some sun to enjoy the views. Pre arrival communication was weak. Would have loved to have a referral for a place we could leave luggage in ollantaytambo for a few hours before the pickup."
