The house was really nice, loved the pool and being on the water. The house could have been cleaner especially master bedroom, there wasn't any laundry detergent, the paddle boat leaked and filled up with the reclaimed water, and the upstairs bath tub didn't drain properly.

A very enjoyable and beautiful home
A spectacular home overall. Very modern and well kept. The pool area is gorgeous and incredibly relaxing with incredible views. Super quiet neighborhood and a really beautiful community. We booked this home very last minute as our previous rental home was a complete disaster. Lauren was empathetic to our situation and came through for us so graciously. A real pleasure to deal with. We love Chandler and how close amenities are. We hope to be back again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive with a couple of our requests during our stay. The pool was well-maintained and the view from the backyard is beautiful. Great location and spacious house. We left a few items accidentally, and the owner quickly shipped them the next day.

Beautiful Home, Great Location
Our group of 5 had a wonderful time in Arizona for Spring Training baseball. The house was beautiful and spacious and we really enjoyed the pool and spa and watching the cormorants dive and fish jump in the lake. A few nit picky things to note but they didn’t keep me from enjoying the house - there were only 4 butter knives and 2 wine glasses, only 1 hair dryer for the whole house, no kitchen sponge for wiping counters, only 1 roll of paper towels. We had to pay an extra $50 a day to heat the pool and we figured out later that you can only heat the pool or the spa at one time, alternatively, so we weren’t able to use the spa our first night. My sister and I were able to rig the canopy on the paddle boat for some shade by tying plastic bags into a rope, ha! We hunted for rope or zip ties or a bungie, but scraped together a solution. We had a ball paddling around the lake in the mornings! There was an issue with the dryer not heating and we had trouble with the Traeger smoker but got it working. The property manager was very nice and responsive. We weren’t able to watch the Academy Awards on Sunday which was a bummer because they don’t have cable tv, just smart apps, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. We spent an hour trying to figure it out! The tile around the pool is very slick when wet and we’re all older folks, so that was a worry. We kept a couple of towels by the edge which helped. We had to laugh that the house has enough coffee filters to last 2 years! The trash by the sink wasn’t empty when we arrived. As I said, we just wanted to point out the issues so hopefully they can be corrected for the next guests. It would have been very helpful to have an instruction binder to flip through that went over things. All in all though, the house is gorgeous and really comfortable. We set up a puzzle on one table and ate our meals on the other. We had a great time! Thanks!

This house was amazing! It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. The backyard was paradise with heated pool, grill, and gas fireplace all overlooking the neighborhood lake. Dream kitchen was well equipped and had tons of space for all of us. Located just south of downtown Chandler, there are lots of things to do with easy and quick driving access. Lauren, the property manager, was great as well! She responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and amazing location
We absolutely loved our stay here. The location and house were absolutely stunning. The views from the pool were amazing. The property management even made an exception for us to check in early so my baby could take a nap. Knocked a star off because sadly the cleanliness of the house was subpar. The floors weren’t clean - toddlers feet had to constantly be washed off and areas under the table and couch had so much gunk under it. The bedding was obviously not washed well since we found multiple hairs through out the bedding that weren’t ours. We were instructed not to use the upstairs bathtub, which wasn’t disclosed prior to booking, and the shower head up there was so mucky and calcified that we were only able to use the one shower in the master suite for all 6 people staying. We quickly learned my baby doesn’t like showers quite yet. Again - beautiful location, views, and house; however, the cleanliness was a true let down. I had to spend our first day actually cleaning the areas my son was in so that he would stop trying to eat all the dust bunnies and random crumbs on the floor. This place has so much potential though. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the pool was.

Nice spacious home in a great location for Chandler. Very clean and comfortable. We found the overstuffed pillows a little too much when sleeping. We also paid for the pool to be heated (in November). We managed but the pool controls were a little confusing.
