* SMART LOCK CODE:  Your smart lock code will be set as the last 5 digits of the phone number you used to make the reservation.

* HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR USING THE SMART LOCK: The door is made of heavy metal, please make sure to pull completely before you key in the access code otherwise deadbolt will not open. The same thing with opening and closing, a little extra force is needed.  

* TRASH:  If you need to take out the trash, there is a large bin in the BACK ALLEY.  You will need to walk through the back gate, into the alley, and dispose of the trash in a black bin.  Recycling and Yard Waste bins are on the SIDE of the house.  Please only use these for recycling and yard waste.

Pebble Beach
Great home! Very spacious and very well appointed. Close to shopping and places to eat. Also close to the freeway. I had a couple of questions and the owner was quick to answer. The pool was wonderful and the beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

End of School year staycation
It’s our annual celebration to the end of a successful school year and start of summer vacation. This home was BEYOND everything we expected and MORE beautiful than the pictures. We felt like we were at home. It came with everything we needed and convenience of stores close by. Definitely added this home to our favorite places to stay as we intend to book again soon. It was the PREFECT way to bring in summer and spend time with my family.

Last minute booking
The place we planned on staying fell thru at the last minute. We booked this the day before we checked in for 5 days. It was better than I could have expected! We loved our stay here and the owner was very quick to respond to me. Beautiful home, central location, quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have laundry and many other little amenities (coffee pods, seasonings for cooking, all the utensils we needed, etc.). The only improvements my husband and I could think of is an umbrella on the pool deck for shade and some new darts for the dart board. I would definitely book this again and recommend to anyone else!

Great Place
We stayed for 4 nights while visiting our son at college. Very nice place with great pool and pool table. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Owners were great!! Will stay again! J

I enjoyed my stay in such a tranquil community. Clean and quiet. I absolutely fell in love with this home. All I needed was within reach. There was no hovering host, or unwelcoming neighbors. I would definitely book again on my annual trip to AZ

Beautifully Maintained Home
Really felt like home. Ample room for a family of six. My kids loved the puzzle room, pool table, and patio area. Kitchen allowed us to prepare meals prior to day excursions. You can tell the owners really care about the upkeep.

Lovely house
We were in town for a family reunion, and wanted a house just for us and our (grown) kids. This one was lovely and spacious, well-equipped and convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool table, and I dozed in the sun by the pool. It was perfectly situated for our extended family activities, which included my mother-in-law, who lives in Friendship Village. We would definitely stay here again!
