The tub looked like it was ready to fall through the floor at any moment. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. We spent 3 days with no water and were not informed prior of shut offs. They require a $50 cash "deposit" but refuse to return the deposit on checkout even though nothing says the deposit is non-refundable. There were constant fights each night among guests. The customer service I received was poor, and I felt unsafe due to the presence of unsavory people lingering on the property. I also observed a high volume of different people going in and out of various rooms. The property itself was poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting, debris scattered near the buildings, and a strong smell of urine near the entrance. It is also in a very rundown area and the motel fits the area as it is very rundown also.
