This tiny boho-chic geme is conveniently located just walking distance from ASU and Downtown Tempe. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small yet efficient kitchen and living space, this tiny home was designed to maximize functionality and style in a small space making it a joy to stay at. 

If you are looking for additional space the main house is available under a separate listing, “ASU Bungalow”, it sleeps 5 guests.

Quiet neighborhood near ASU
The house was very nicely done in almost all respects. Fixing a few maintenance issues would give closer to a five star. Water from the sinks blasts out too hard; it splashes everything. Outside gate is sagging so much, it's a little difficult to open. The freezer was so iced up I couldn't put anything in it. After chopping some ice away I found there were things left from other people. My bed was uncomfortable. Mind you, I am pointing out all bad things but everything else was good.

Cutest house ever
Everything was clean, cozy, and updated. Every need available from extra towels and paper towels to toiletries, luggage racks, and a dishwasher. Decorated beautifully with comfortable sofa and beds. This place could not have been any cuter and convenient for walking to amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

Not bad. Good for the price
The property itself is rather minimal. I would not recommend it for a family but for just being by myself it served it’s purpose. The bathroom is very nice. My hang up is the location. Every Uber driver gets confused on the location and you have to give each one specific instructions to find you. Also, the listing states that an iron and iron board are present but that is false.

The management of this property had a major snag just prior to our check-in and they were super helpful to us to ensure we had a good stay. This property is very convenient to the ASU campus which was why we were there. We would stay here again!

Nice, clean, schwanky
We totally dug hanging out in this little cottage. The puctures capture its real-world vibe pretty well. Very functional and cool. It is a bit small for a longer stay. Also, while not far from campus it is definitely in the neighborhoods, not among the action if that’s what you’re after. Our adult child felt comfortable biking to/from campus for summer session and work at all hours. Overall, I recommend this place.

Sweet spot
This property was in the perfect location and just the right size for my needs. I came to AZ for a week to be with family. I had one sister with me the entire time, it was a great place for us. The property has a beautiful contemporary design, it’s very clean and has everything you need. Any issues that came up were addressed with haste, and Kristi was a wonderful and helpful host. I would absolutely stay here again, and plan to.
