“Fresh breakfast. Clean room. Attentive staff.”

“Clean, quiet, safe hotel. Room is tight but fine for 1 night. You have to give them 5 euro deposit for a hair dryer. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was pleasant. For dinner the place next door was closed that night. In fact all the restaurants listed on Expedia as close by were out of business. Except the Poseidon which was 15min walk and not good at all. ”

There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk”

The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!”
