“Overall pleasant stay. The home definitely needs some work but is in good and functional condition. Only complaints were that it is advertised as 2 car garage but the garage was too full to park in, shower curtain had mold, water doesn’t drain well in upstairs shower, water pressure in downstairs shower is basically nonexistent, there was trash left from previous tenants but was cleaned up promptly by hosts once they were contacted. We didn’t spend time in the rental other than bathing and……

“We picked this property because of the included breakfast, pool, and gym space. The breakfast was hot with choices of eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, and juices. The pool was very cold but clean. The seating around the pool was disappointing. There were only 3 lounge chairs and one was broken. There were a couple of regular chairs as well. The gym space was nice and available at any time. The location was convenient and the staff were very pleasant.”

“I lived in this hotel on Jan 13th. Six days has passed. I haven’t received my deposit that is 60 dollars. Please help me check about it. And refund my deposit. ”

“There were stains on the bedspread, the carpet, and the curtains. The TV was so pixelated and the sound so garbled that it was unwatchable. Large empty cardboard boxes were in some hallways for days. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way or latch. Apparently the place is being remodeled, but that’s no excuse to neglect the rooms that guests are currently staying in.”

“It is a comfortable cozy house. Lots of little extras that made us feel special, like decoratively folded towels on the beds, little paper flowers on paper towels and board games that have all the pieces. The showers are nice amd although it rained during our stay the backyard looked amazing. We felt safe, warm and dry. ”

“This is one of the finest places we have ever rented through verb. Jane is fantastic host and super communicative. The house is furnished in the most beautiful way in keeping with historic neighborhood. This will be out "go to" place when we have lots of visitors. Thanks.”

“Ordered 2 Queen Bed room for a higher rate, was given a 1 King Bed room. Woman at desk was very rude and refused to give a refund for the extra money paid.”

“We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!”
