“We were given a room which was already occupied. Not a huge deal, it happens. But when I went to the front desk to switch it out the worker was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the property, no answer and no answering service. Waited about 30 minutes before the worker returned from somewhere outside. Returned no more than 5 minutes later to request more towels. Worker was again MIA and again came from somewhere outside after an extended period of waiting. Spoke with other guests who……
