“Arrived and was given a room where the floor was a little damp. assumed they had just carpet cleaned. garbage in garbage can, dirty sheets, dirt and what looked like mold in the wall but thought i’d be okay. then we wake up to the floor SOAKED. like everything i brought drenched, floor seeped water where you stepped. had to got to the kiosk for help as there are no real people working. the man on the kiosk was very nice thought despite not speaking much english or quite understanding. switched……

“No complaints other than the shower temperature was very sensitive. Also parking lot was fairly small and tight fit. Other than that, everything was amazing. Way above expectations and great value for the price. Workers were beyond friendly and went out of their way to help and provide great service. Will book again if coming back to Omaha. Thank you!”
