• Guests must register with Stillwater Estates
• Wristbands are required to access community amenities
Amenities without wristbands = fines (guest responsibility)
• Wristbands are delivered by the community patrol after check-in
If arriving at night, visit the guardhouse the next day to get wristbands

Important Registration Details
• Same-day check-in registrations cannot be accommodated
• For check-ins Tuesday–Thursday: Register by 1 PM the day before arrival
• For check-ins Friday–Monday: Register by 1 PM Thursday prior to arrival
• Fines charged due to guest violations are the responsibility of the guest
