"The location was a perfect place to relax after hiking each day. When we had a question Sarah was quick to respond. We had our dogs and walking them to the park was convenient. Having bowls, a bed and crate for them was a nice touch. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need as well as all soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion so you don’t need to worry about packing any of that. If we return to Crested Butte, we won’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Absolutely immaculate property . The space is very clean and well kept . The host could not have been more helpful and able to provide an exceptional amount of knowledge about the area. Very quiet and private location away from the crowds but just a few minutes from the town, slopes, and trails. The rooms were very well stocked and independent from the rest of the structure and home. The information provided by the host in advance of arrival was perfect. The guests privacy is very important to the host. I wouldn’t want to stay any where else in Crested Butte. The views were stunning in every direction. "

"We had a phenomenal stay at the Buckhorn Ranch. The unit, which is above the garage, felt very private, modern, and was equipped with everything we needed. We considered staying in town or closer to the resort, but are so happy we opted to stay at this property as it was spacious and had incredible, sweeping views of the mountains. It was also only a 5-minute drive into town. The host was very accommodating and communicative, providing hiking recommendations and small gestures to make us feel welcome. We would love to stay here again! "

"This place was fabulous! I highly recommend it. Crested Butte is very easy to get to and also a short drive to Gunnison. I was able to walk to a trailhead after a long day of work. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is nicer in person, even though the pictures are also nice. The only thing I would say is that there are a lot of homes under construction in the surrounding area, but that didn’t bother me. Fabulous kitchen, and stocked with all the things you would need to cook your favorite meals. I hope to be back really soon!"

"Well equipped home with some extras like tissue boxes, grocery shopping bags, lunch coolers, freezer packs, lots of key kitchen staples. Kitchen pots, pans, knives, were average. Dishes and glassware excellent. Beds excellent. Very cool log cabin vibe with interior logs visible in bedrooms, ceiling, and bathtub! We did a fun 1000 piece puzzle when we weren't hiking and biking in Crested Butte. Free bus every half hour to Crested Butte downtown. 5-10 min walk. "

"Yes, a hot tub would be great, but overall, it was a beautiful setting, very private and tastefully decorated. Perhaps a few more items in the kitchen would have been helpful. Like 4 coffee cups instead of just three (our reservation was for 4), A bowl to make salad in, and maybe some wineglasses. Thanks, though, it was a great stay."
