"Location it’s easy to find right off the freeway. Convenient on-site parking, well maintained, and very clean common areas. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you."

"It’s located adjacent to an abandoned casino/hotel which attracts homeless people. Easy to get around the town; located near freeway."

"Our stay was extremely frustrating from the moment we arrived. There were far too many stairs and level changes to navigate in order to reach the room, and very little assistance was offered to my wife and me. We were told to “take the elevator, and it’s only a few steps to your room,” but that was completely inaccurate. In reality, we had to navigate what felt like five different flights of stairs — going down and back up multiple staircases — all while carrying two large suitcases. To make matters worse, the room keys did not work on three separate occasions, forcing us to repeatedly make the long trip back down to the lobby to have them reprogrammed. The entire experience was exhausting, inconvenient, and far below expectations."
