My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton was magnificent. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail made the experience feel elevated and welcoming. Michael was exceptional every day I encountered him consistently professional, warm, and attentive. Robert was also wonderful and went out of his way to locate and save my Happy Birthday brooch, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I’d also like to recognize Charlotte, the travel agent consultant, who was outstanding. She introduced me to the Hilton Honors app and took the time to thoroughly explain how to maximize its benefits. She was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best possible experience as a Hilton guest. The room was beautiful. I loved being on a high floor with a balcony the view was outstanding and added a sense of calm and luxury to my stay. There were a few minor maintenance details, but once mentioned, they were addressed immediately, which I truly appreciated. The staff overall was pleasant and accommodating. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again when I return.

room good, staff good did not like only parking option to be valet, I like to park my own car and not give keys to anyone else

Check-in and in/out flow was offbeat, but the suite room was spacious, crisply clean, and beautifully decorated and appointed. Convenience to downtown activities and restaurants was awesome, the lobby was a great meeting and relaxation spot, and 24/7 Americanos were better than any morning buffet or snacks.
