“Property was great, looked exactly like the online listing, and was clean upon arrival. Communication with hosts/management was easy and seamless. Location is great, within walking distance of great cafes, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely come back!”

“Everything was great, the place was nice and clean in a wonderful location. The only issue was the entry codes would not work and it took a while before someone could direct us to the keys in lockboxes (same code as door) that were attached to the trash cans. Once we were (finally) inside, it was lovely.”

“We recently had a great stay at this property in Portland. The two bedrooms with en-suite are perfect for privacy. The kitchen and home are well appointed. The neighborhood is nice with a historic feel. Off street parking is appreciated and can accommodate a small to medium sized vehicle. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.”

“David is a great host. His house is clean and has everything you need. It’s close to Portland and in a great part of town! The instructions to get in were clear, he has black out curtains in the room which makes sleeping cozy and overall it’s a great home!”

“The property is in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. The location was convenient and clean. Sadly, we did not have a good experience at this location. There was noise from a party through paper thin walls from one of the tenants that lives on the property. There are rules for anyone staying at this location to include must be 25 to book and strictly no parties. Unfortunately we were unable to sleep due to loud parties from tenants taking place in the next room. Party did not end……

“We loved staying in this apartment. The location is right in the middle of Old Port with shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and art galleries. Despite the lively neighborhood, the apartment itself is quiet. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for a longer stay. The host could not have been more helpful and responsive. We had some issues with the internet and she brought an extender. The only issue for us was that the unit is up two steep flights of 40 steps.……

“This property does not match the photos advertised by the owner. It is in various states of disrepair. The kitchen and bath looked fairly updated and were clean. The other rooms in the apartment were not. Mini blinds were broken in every room; Paint chipping off the wood trim in all rooms; Floors unfinished where they met other flooring types; smoke detectors missing; deck was rotting and falling apart to enter the apartment; stained upholstery on furniture. It was advertised as having air……
