“Nice property, great for your dog to run around, grass was long making it hard to find the droppings. The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. Plenty of cooking items, pots pans, baking sheets silverware. Master bath is very cozy there is not much room between the corner of the vanity and the edge of the shower to get to the toilet, must be thin to……

“We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms.”

The glampsite is located very close to an event space that hosts a lot of weddings, so while not having access to running water/ bathrooms the better part of a Saturday wasn’t my favorite thing, it also wasn’t a dealbreaker. “We met friends for the weekend and chose Moonlight Madness because it looked so charming. We were right! It’s a fun houseboat, there’s plenty of room to play cards or to just sit and enjoy the view. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. There are several coolers, extra towels, toiletries, etc. In case you forget it, Moonlight Madness has it! Fonz is a great host, I had some questions about check in and he was very quick to respond. Pro Tip: Upon arriving, park your car but……

“I had a very nice stay at North Knoxville cottage. The home was clean and decorated in a manner so as to make it very comfortable and cozy. The host was responsive to my questions and helped with some minor needs I had when I first checked in. The location makes it very easy to get into downtown or the university. Area was quiet and safe.”

“Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front……
