"The house is in a highly convenient location with easy access to transportation, shops, etc, though the neighborhood and property itself are less desirable. The house rents the upstairs and downstairs separately. The first night a man banged on the door for over an hour saying let him in because he booked the rental. Owner finally showed up and man left.
