"I feel like if you’re going to have a hotel in Bellevue Washington, you should be matching the vibe of Bellevue Washington. It’s literally an eyesore in the middle of a beautiful city. It is horribly outdated. That carpet in that room had to be 50 years old. Yes, the beds were comfortable, but they might as well have been twin beds. They were so tiny. The TV had no sound and nobody managed the noise issue. There was a full on sorority party in the room next door till 3 AM. And why charge for parking you had more parking in that lot than the entire city combined."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"I actually feel bad rating this as low as i did but since one man's behavior made us decide we will never stay there again i suppose the rating is fair. There was a gentleman working the evening shift Saturday night who was a real a$$####! We got back from a day out exploring and dinner and the parking situation was terrible. You mean you pay $20 for parking and there are not enough spots? We drove around the building twice with no luck finding a spot so we came back to the front to park in a valet only spot. Just as we were about t i get out an employee pulled out of another spot so we parked there but it had a sign for the coffee place only. So we went inside and were trying to explain this to him but he just wanted to argue saying there were 55 spots available. No they were all occupied but he continued. This man needs to leave customer service. Other than that everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice in the morning too. If he were gone I'd go back otherwise. Good luck I'm sure he will cost this hotel more business!"

"Room 324 - fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Told it to the front desk staff but the issue was never addressed."

"Went for our anniversary, room was clean, bathroom was clean with a huge double head shower, overlooking the spillway to the falls. Food was delicious and staff were very helpful. Enjoyed a trip to the spa where the staff was also very helpful."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."

"The hotel is across from a large bus station. The noise was not significant however. The breakfast options on Sunday are minimal and there wasn’t much of anything to choose from. The rooms were clean and met our needs. "
