“The house was clean and in good condition. I've stayed in many of these Eagle Crest cabins, and this one has the best view of them. However, I will not rent a property managed by Vacasa again. Over a month before my stay, I requested to add a day to my booking. It took two tries to get a response, then the response was nonsensical, but they did say they would add the day. They did not. Through several more attempts, things got worse. I finally got the day added, but it was incredibly...

“It was nice stay.My only complaint would be the yard maintenance landscaping crew who came once a week.They were unprofessional and rude.They left the driveway a mess with grass and my car had grass blown on it,very sloppy.”

“We had a large group of students and adults attending a convention in the Redmond area. We booked 5 homes through VRBO and they were all within 8 houses of each other on the same street. It made it great for travel, food preparation, and sleeping arrangements. We truly appreciate the owners for allowing us to rent and have such a great experiences in this home.”

“We appreciated the large kitchen and proximity of parking to our door. No long walk down a dark hall. Great location close to downtown and the river. Would have been great if the heat was on in the room prior to check in (it was close to freezing and took a bit to warm up). Appreciated the pup friendly items and the coffee/tea/cocoa in the kitchen. ”

“My dog and I stayed for two nights and it was great. The condo is right next to the river and a trail that goes along the river. Pioneer park is also about a block away and was great for quick potty walks for my dog. Close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants.”
