"Have stayed at this property several times. Never disappointed. Rooms are very comfortable even though not large. The room I had this time had a nice fridge with freezer. Definite bonus! Property is impeccably landscaped and very clean inside as well as outside. Front desk always helpful with restaurant recommendations and any issues. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Pittsburgh area."

"This hotel was either brand new or had an extensive recent remodel. It was very nice, inside and out. The only issue was that the new paint on the door jam almost prevented us from leaving...lol"
"The Double Tree by Hilton, GreenTree, is beautiful. The hotel is designed for families in mind. The rooms are recently remodeled. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. A larger refrigerator, a clean microwave, and a large flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the indoor-outdoor pool. Thank you for a relaxing stay."

"I booked 2 rooms. My 2nd room was booked for Kimberly Burkhart. We checked in, left our room for a bit to then find out that they also assigned this room to another couple giving them keys to Kimberlys room. This other couple went into Kimberlys room with out her knowledge or approval. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. The front desk acted like it was our fault and offered nothing for having to spend another 45 minutes at the desk to get it straightened around. NOT HAPPY"
"Great experience beds and pillows comfortable room was clean the only issue was sink did not drain well at all so brushing your teeth had to go back and rinse the sink out after water drained out this location is quite and clean will stay here again "
"I did have to switch rooms due to air conditioning problems and no towels and the room smelled like pizza .. she told me they were buzy the night before and ran out of towels and no one could come look at the air conditioning .. she offered no sutions … … the staff was helpful after I insisted It wouldn’t wait to morning..after switching rooms the open room had Towles magically there were some towels not in use !!!! that dismissal was a bit off putting .. had I not booked third party they would have discounted the room so I had no compensation for the discourtesy of not offering a solution and the inconvenience of packing up in the midfle of the night …. over all very comfortable rooms cute pool area "
