Large coverd car port that’s great to store surf and beach stuff out of the sun. The house has everything you need for a surf trip or beach vacation, and the owner is super nice and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend "

"I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable...
