Playa Turquesa is a stunning luxury condo development located directly on renowned Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, famous for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

Our raised floor condo is perfectly situated steps away from the pool, while providing stunning views towards the beach across the pools and gardens. The private patio is a perfect place to sit and relax with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The beach is a short 2 minute walk, where you will continue to find lounge chairs and shade structures, solely for the use of guests staying in Playa Turquesa.

We are located near the restaurants and shops in a quiet area of the development. With the bedroom and main area facing the pool and gardens, the condo and patio location help to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay.

This beautiful and well outfitted condo offers all new appliances, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron/board, personal safe, WI-FI, cable, 2 flat screen Smart TV’s, Netflix, DVD player with many movies to ensure your holidays are completely enjoyable. Screens on all the windows and doors, allows for full enjoyment of the warm tropical breezes both indoors and out. Electricity is paid by the guests, usage rarely runs over $50/week.

Playa Turquesa Ocean Club is an exceptional development offering 24 hour on-site security, 2 large pools (one with a swim up bar), 2 children’s pools, outdoor showers, and reception area. We have our own beach front restaurant (TOC) where you can enjoy an excellent meal or refreshing cocktail while watching the waves and beach life pass by. Playa Turquesa guests have direct access to the beach with a beautiful covered pergola structure solely for the use of guests staying at Playa Turquesa.

You will love the convenience of grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, bars, spas, pet supplies, pharmacy, money exchanges and much more, all on-site or only a short walk away.

A short drive will find you at San Jaun Shopping Plaza. This large indoor/outdoor mall is home to large grocery stores, clothing stores, souvenir shops and many services including restaurants, a move theater, local artisans and much, much more - making for an excellent shopping adventure.

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is only a quick 20 minute drive away. Available upon request for an additional fee, we provide our own English speaking transfer service that will pick you up at the airport and deliver your party, hassle free, to our condo in Playa Turquesa.

Great Punta Cana getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Playa Turquesa. First time I tried vrbo as opposed to a resort and we were not disappointed. The property was great. We had the cleanest beach front compared with any of the other properties or resorts. The restaurants were all great. We will definitely be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marianna's property. The grounds and beach were great. We enjoyed the condo and the modren convinces. We really liked the two full baths for getting ready. The guide book with restaurant suggestions was very helpful. Liz the property nanager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Property was as advertised. Marianna was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We loved the quietness of the Ocean club. The beach access was beautiful and the staff in the area were great and helpful! As in other reviews there was some noise across the street. We just kept the bathroom door closed at night and it was never a problem. The outside covered patio was wonderful for a rainy afternoon of reading. So many restaurants within steps made getting out easy. We would definitely stay again.

Spent the summer in Dominican Republic
I wanted to take the whole summer off and go somewhere hot because of the appalling weather we have in the UK. I certainly picked the right place. Guaranteed sunshine every day with a few thunderstorms but that is to be expected in a tropical country. I ate healthy and swam every day so managed to lose a stone! It’s very reasonable to stay here as it’s low season and it’s mostly Spanish speaking. The condo had everything I needed and and the location was great. A bit noisy at night but everything calmed down around 11pm. The pool was just outside my terrace and I usually had it to myself. So brush up on your Spanish, bring lots of mosquito repellent and sunscreen and enjoy 😊

Return Visit - 10 Years Later
This was my second time staying in this unit - first time was 10 yrs ago. The unit was perfect - everything I needed!! I also took a pretty nice night-time picture from the patio (I rarely take pictures). The location is great with a pool right off the patio and the beach just a short walk. My how the area has changed - so many restaurants and grocery stores and so many things within walking distance. Marianna was fantastic. She provided so much information and responded to my every question immediately! Liz, the Property Manager couldn't have been more helpful. She was definitely readily available. All in all, I would definitely go back!! The area is extremely safe and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!
This was truly a wonderful property. We spent 15 nights in paradise. The Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and feel at home. We loved the outdoor patio with comfy seating, a table and chairs for dining, and a grill. The pool was literally steps away and the beach was a short 2 minute walk away. We rented a car and really didn't need to. We had access to restaurants, bars, groceries, money exchange and Casino which were all nearby within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about traveling to Punta Cana. You won't be disappointed!

Marianna provided a very quaint and comfortable space for myself and my children to call home during our visit to Punta Cana. Galya, her property manager was sweet and fun and helpful. Great deal!
Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Nice private patio right outside back door. It was steps away from the pool which was great as I am a swimmer. It was a quick and easy 5 minute walk through the complex to a lovely beach which was also great for swimming. You could walk for miles along the beach which we loved. There were always chairs available as well as a great little place (TOC) for a quick lunch. Our only small complaint was the Late night noise (on the weekend mainly) coming from the casino across the street. We just closed the front windows and put the air conditioner on and it was ok. Most of the time we didn’t even need air conditioning as screens were on all the windows, there was a nice breeze and it was wonderful hearing the ocean. The absolute best thing about this rental was the people! Michael and Galya were terrific in every way- going out of their way to assure we had everything we needed. Everyone else including the guards, office people and others were friendly and helpful. We definitely felt safe and cared for! If you go, be sure to get to Gladys’s for breakfast and some true local flavor. We had the best mofongo we have ever had 👍. There were lots of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. I loved the combination of quiet and bustling. We hope to return next year. The price, the location and the amenities made for a great vacation.

Excellent vacation condo in Punta Cana
Great location. Private pools right outside the patio door and a 2-3 minute walk to the private beach with plenty of beach chairs available. Super close walking distance to a small grocery store and lots of restaurants. Condo was clean and was well stocked with kitchen utensils. Property manager was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Was very pleased with our stay. The condo was very clean and if we had any questions during our stay Michael got back to us imediately. Our condo was located on ground level leading right out to a sparkling pool (no more than 50 ft. away). It was a very short walk to the beach and a very accomadating, fun, friendly staff serves wondeful food on the beach or at the outdoor restaurant ( TOC). All in all, you need to experience staying here. You will not be disappointed !!

Great location with miles of beaches both directions!!
My husband and I stayed here over the New Year. We enjoyed watching fireworks on the beach at midnight. The restaurants all around the Condo didn’t disappoint either. Never had a bad meal or service. Everyone very nice and always felt safe as we walked everywhere. One day we walked over 7 1/2 miles in beautiful sunny 80 degree weather. I read a lot of reviews on other condos in this same complex but none of them as good as where we stayed and I can see why now. The property manager and owner both available 24/7 with any needs you may have and had my deposit back days after we returned with no hassle. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple that wants a peice of peradice but doesn’t want to pay the resorts cost. Will definitely be back!! Thanks The Overland

Awesome stay in Punta Cana
The condo is gated for security and conveniently located in Punta Cana. It takes just a short walk to beautiful beaches. The restaurants and cafes, many of which are highly reviewed in TripAdvisor, are within a walking distance as well as convenient stores and money exchange. During out stay, we had snorkeling and zipline tours, and each tour program was able to pick us up from the front gate and drop us off to the same spot. The condo is clean and well maintained by Gayla and Michael. They are really helpful in meeting our needs. We absolutely recommend this place!

Great time, great condo, great people
This was our first time in the Dominican Republic. We are a family of 4 and we were searching for a relaxing 2 week vacation. We pretty much just stumbled across Marianna's condo and I'm glad we did. The cost was hard to beat without even getting there. Once we arrived the location of the condo was perfect. The condo is right next to the pool, within a short walk to the beach, short distance to restaurants, a grocery/market right on premises, etc. We had a few issues come up with the condo that was no fault of our own or the condo's owner. These few issues were dealt with expeditiously by Michael and Marianna. Marianna is very good at communicating and quick to reply to emails when we had any kind of concerns. The excursions we went on were great and Michael helped get those set up at the right price and even helped rearrange times on them. Michael helped with a few stops we needed and was patient and helpful when we had questions and concerns. So all in all great cost, location, and great people to deal with made our vacation everything we wanted and more.

Lovely condo in a lovely location. A little piece of paradise!
This was our first trip to Dominican and Marianna as well as Galya and Michael (property managers) could not have made it better. Marianna arranged for us to be picked up at the airport (for $5 less than the standard rate) and she recomended that we have our driver stop at the big grocery Store (Jumbo) to do our basic shopping for the week. That was a really great suggestion (even though there are 2 smaller grocery stores within less that a 2 minute walk from the coondo, it was nice to have a bigger selection to start off with). The condo was perfect for us. We loved the ground floor as it allowed us to come and go to the pool or beach easily as well as refilling drinks or lunch. The condo was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary kitchen utensils, towels, grill, etc. we met many lovely people from other condos and most said that their particular condo was bland with not pictures or decorations. This was not the case with Marianna’s condo- it was decorated very nicely and comfortably. We used the a/c very little as there was always a breeze and ceiling fans. I can’t say enough about the property managers Galya and Michael. They became our friends in addition to all the help they gave us. Whatever we needed, they were on top of it. Galya arranged for a massage for me on the patio with a professional massage therapist. They brought their own table and charged less than they charge at the beach and Galya stayed for the hour to make sure we were all comfortable. She is very resourceful, professional and pleasant as is her husband Michael. From the time we requested to book, Marianna was awesome. She was very quick to respond and also very informative. She is pleasant and professional and thorough. We had no trepidation’s going to a country we had not been to before only because of Marianna’s attention to us and details. Thank you Marianna! Playa Turquesa is in a very good location. Anything you need is accessible within a 2 minute walk. Sometimes we walked outside of the complex for a bakery or dinner or to see a band play at a restaurant and sometimes we walked on the beach for dinner. During the day we spent our time on the beach, at TOC, the resataurant and bar at the beach in the same complex or between the two pools. The grounds of playa turquesa are also well taken care of. If you are considering a trip here and one bedroom will work for you, this is the condo I would highly recommend. It was perfect!

Wonderful Time at Playa Turquesa

Home Away from Home
This ground floor condo has it all. You don’t need to worry about bringing any household needs (kitchen, towels, etc) which is not always the case with Playa Turquesa rentals. The host is quick to communicate and nice to boot. Our property manager is a lovely lady who is available whenever you need her. We can text her on whatsapp for any needs and they provide a local cell phone should you need it. If you go to a Claro store you can buy a very cheap SIM card to have your phone work down here. That’s far cheaper than roaming from home. This is our 6th trip to Playa Turquesa and we will be returning again next year. ❤️ It here
