"We found this property clean, well outfitted in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The pool is perfect, beds comfortable, and the kitchen well outfitted. The large screen TV in living room perfect for movies and sports. All this and just 12 minutes from downtown Punta Gorda. Awesome altogether!"

"This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The city was working on the seawall which made the dock and boat lift unavailable. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else. I should have been notified prior to arrival."
