"First room had blood stain in mattress. Second room had silverfish. Room was not well-maintained, with sticky areas on desk, outlets and switches. Pool doesn't open until 8:00 am and hotel supplies morning coffee but no half and half. We should have stayed elsewhere."

"The review for the hotel itself is a 5 star!! Rooms are very big and roomy. Hotel staff was amazing. The casino staff (in particular: the staff at the Players Club) were horrible. Customer service there was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. I tried to get my veterans players card and they would not except an old military ID I had (which I get), so when I asked what I can show them (I was visiting from another city 4 hours away) another lady approached me and started the conversation out with “What seems to be your problem?” I proceeded to explain to her that I have been in customer service for over 25 years and that is NOT how you start a conversation with a customer. Anyway, I don’t have enough energy to type the rest. Just be aware of the customer service on the casino side. GREAT HOTEL though."

"We will not stay here again. The pool was closed and looked disgusting. No landscaping around the property. The room size was nice but not completely clean. The floors were filthy. A fan was needed in the bathroom .The hotel almost looked abandoned! The staff was excellent. Very helpful and nice."
