There was not adequate parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were freezing with the exception of one, but that one was loaded with children. The paint was peeling everywhere. There were much needed repairs visible in the room, as well as in the pool area. The hotel only allowed one pool towel. The room had a fireplace that did not work and a toaster that also did not work. We would never recommend this place.

Staff extremely friendly. Had issues with cable 2 nd night but they got back going quickly!!

Amazing facilities as described: guest laundry, hot tub, sauna, indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, outdoor bbq space, playground, kitchen, game room area, arcade. The view from our balcony was amazing (mountain), and the kitchen had enough cookware and appliances for use. There were pool towels in addition to bath towels in the room which was very nice. The front desk provided pamphlets and information on local attractions, hikes, eateries, and ice cream. The only thing I didn't like was the dysfunctionality of the guest laundry (2 of the 4 didn't wash properly and my boyfriend had to wash our laundry 3 times). Aside from that, I would visit again.
