“I have stayed in VRBOs since 2010 from Eastport ME to Oahu. This VRBO truly deserves 5 star rating as it is outstanding. The pictures represent the property exactly. I felt very much at home here and everything is well appointed. The host was fantastic - while staying here I experience Winter Storm Fern and the host was very helpful in confirming our parking was good and was able to accommodate an extra day when our flight got cancelled. Next time I am in Richmond I won't consider staying……

“The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double……

“Floors were awful ! Sticking stuff and hair. The toilet wouldn’t flush my husband had to take the lid off and get it working again. And wow the backside is the hotel is noisy . Maybe some. Thick curtains would help. Also an in room coffee maker the coffee in the lobby is barely warm. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back but def work on cleaning the floors and I’d request the opposite side of the hotel. Employee on duty was very nice and professional. ”
