“I didn’t feel safe, the area is very dangerous and during the night tou can listen to people walking outside and there is a big window with visibility to my room… the room have 3 doors but tou only have average to one of them, because the others don’t work, and it makes it not safe at all!”

“The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double……

“The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.”

“None of the lamps worked, dirty carpet. Overall unacceptable accommodations for a traveler on business away from home. ”
