Great stay. Friendly staff very helpful.

Great place to stop off when making trip thru Richmond

Hotel could use some updating.

The trip was fine. The hotel was well appointed and clean and located close to the event we were attending. The only thing was the parking was a little confusing. Also the pillows are very soft.

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful! I left a dress I needed for a wedding I was flying out for there and they overnighted it to me. So incredibly nice!

The hotel is 3 minutes from the rental car return, the restaurant has excellent food, there was plenty of available parking and the rooms are large, comfortable, and clean.

The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating after a 10-hour drive.

This is our go to hotel whenever we visit our daughter in Richmond. Clean, accommodating and friendly service. Cheryl is the best!!

The mattress was the best we have ever slept in and we an elite one at home. All in all=TERRIFIC HOTEL!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He then personally brought us our room keys along with two free snacks and beverages for the inconvenience. To...

I stopped in at the regular Holiday Inn and the front desk there seemed pretty well accustomed to sending people "around the corner". When you get to the Holiday Inn Express it is as any other hotel. There is plenty of parking around back. The front desk was cordial and helpful. The rooms are very spacious...
