“Very clean rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful”

“Honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We showed up and over an hour past check in and there wasn’t a room ready. We had to switch from a single queen to a double full room because they didn’t know when a queen would be ready. The blankets were super old and not very comfortable at all. Beds weren’t comfortable at all, hardly any towels, no wash clothes and when we got an extra towel it had a huge hole in it. People were constantly smoking right outside the side door by our room so……

“Beautiful lakefront property. Enjoyed our one night stay in the Mission Point section. Would request first floor next time in this section if traveling with young children or a senior as there is no elevator. Very nice updated unit overlooking the lake on the 2nd floor with a huge balcony. We enjoyed visiting the smaller beach in the Mission Point section and getting drinks from the indoor bar in the restaurant right next to the beach. “They allowed us to check in early but charged an extra $30.00. The tub drain was vey slow and the handle to turn on the shower water was not working properly. We informed them about these problems at check out and they were very thankful for the information.”
