Everything was clean, well-designed, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is also great — quiet yet convenient, with easy access to the main sights in Granada. What truly made my stay special was the hotel staff. The reception team was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with calling a taxi and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Their warm and attentive service really exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Spacious loft-style rooms, a great location, and outstanding staff. "The staff were delightful, and very helpful. The room was spotless, although the heating was erratic, but never cold. The bed was very comfortable. I had requested twin beds, a week or more before we travelled. This was not forthcoming and we were too tired on arrival to ask to change rooms. "
