“The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. ”

“Located in a quiet neighborhood. Near transportation to Alhambra. The apartment was clean and bright with a washer. The check in information from the property management was clear and easy to follow. We received a bottle of wine as an welcoming gift and we enjoyed our stay at this apartment.”

“The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. ”

“I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Juan Ranas. It was mid October so the weather was still warm and the local area was vibrant. The view from my suite’s terrace, was truly breathtaking - the best view of Alhambra! It was memorable having breakfast on my terrace and seeing the whole of Granada sprawling beneath the palace. The staff and hotel owner were great and made sure no request was too much - they were really friendly and helpful, arranging trips to the Alhambra. The food in the hotel……

“We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and tastefully designed- loved the space and the interiors. Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!”

“Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.”

“It turned out that the ticket I bought for the Alhambra was a scam. I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day. I can’t thank her enough for saving my trip. The hotel is well staffed and they are excellent at what they do.”
