"i didnt like the dirty balcony, balcony chairs and table. Is was very unpleasant to step out onto the balkony. The balcony door was dirty and the track it slides along was very dirty.Apart from that, everyting was fine"

"The hotel was definitely convenient to Long Branch. We did have a few problems with our room. The TV in the living room didn’t work and neither did the shower. I asked Jarret at the front desk if they could move us and before he gave us another room he went to check that everything was working. He was wonderful. The AC wasn’t great. The living room was cold and the bedroom was warm, they did provide us with a fan which did help. We saw that they were changing the AC units but unfortunately not before we left. Even though we had those problems the staff was so helpful and I would definitely stay there again."

"This was a great room and will stay again in a few months. The only issue(and is a small issue), in room 636, the ac worked, but the thermostat only went to 68, but the room was hot. The problem is not only with the 68 degree restriction, but also, the thermostat was in the direct line of the AC, which didn't allow the room to even reach 68 degrees."

"parking and check in was quick and easy. Room was smaller than expected and door to bathroom was too large for room, part of the door was cut out to open and close properly around the kitchen counter. Also water pressure was low and I had to keep adjusting the thermostat. "
