“The main lobby was experiencing leaks in the ceiling (below other rooms) with buckets and tiles and water dripping. The room I was placed in had a leaking toilet and I was expected to turn n and off the water valve to the toilet for each use. It then plugged up due to low water in the tank at one point.
I went to get breakfast in the morning with barely a scoop of eggs and waited almost 20 minutes for the next order and no forks were provided.
Thr staff was extremely polite and made the stay……
