Todo genial , lo único la cama era un poco blanda . El personal que nos atendió muy serviciales y amables . Cerca del centro , muy cómodo . La habitación sencilla pero agradable . Limpio y ordenado

The staff was amazing! Kind, friendly and very helpful at every turn. The facility was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. "Water park" was lacking. Only 1 small area for older kids to play in the water and no big slides. The slides they did have were fun for maybe upto a small 8 year old. We loved the theme of the place though, very fun and incredible details. I'd go back with adults, cause there were a variety of hot tubs, 2 with indoor/outdoor options. I'd absolutely recommend for families with young children. But, the pools weren't enough to occupy my middle and high-schoolers for very long.
