“Rooms where dirty and dusty , staff was friendly my son room had bed bugs we told the the personal and she acted like she didn’t care , I had stay there before one of the reason we went back was to staff friendly and clean room this time sooooo disappointed the condition of the rooms and how the staff (not everyone) acted like they knew and didn’t care that was a shame cuz the place and surroundings areas are amazing , they lost a customer and would not be using that place again …. ”

“The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where……
