“I really enjoyed my stay here! Check in was easy. The staff was 5 star service. The room was clean, spacious, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. I wish I could comment on the arcade, but I didn't use it. It looked to be a decent size. My favorite part was the family style breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. A must before you go! The pools and spa's were pretty awesome, too. I was on a family trip with my sister and her kids, but my nephew ended up sleeping at my hotel……

“The tv didn’t work in our room and the phone also didnt work to call the front desk to ask about the tv. There was not any soap in the body wash container in the shower, at least there was one bar soap to use.”

“The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.”

“We loved our stay with the kids. Everything was close by. It connected to the kalahari and tomfoolery park. Lots of fast food options that you can take a walk in the morning or evening and grab it. Loved the rooftop. Not to big but cozy enough to relax and enjoy the sunset 😊. Overall happy with stay”

“This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization.……
