"Air conditioning was ok, the room was clean! But they wouldn’t clean it after the first day unless we paid extra! They wouldn’t pick up the towels unless we requested it, and we had to put them in a bag before they would come grab them. But overall, it was ok "

"This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel feels extremely low-budget and lacks even the most basic amenities you would expect. The WiFi barely works, and the TV doesn’t connect properly, which made it frustrating to relax in the room. The bathroom was also poorly stocked no shampoos or basic toiletries provided, which is something most places include without question. The overall condition of the room felt neglected, and the experience from the moment we arrived didn’t improve things. The check-in process was unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. For the price, this hotel falls far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no other option."

"Room was clean. There is no elevator and we were put on the 3rd floor for basically an overnight stay. The front desk staff advised us that the shops were open on Sunday but after a taxi ride into town found out they all close early-what a waste of money. The wait staff in the restaurant were not very friendly. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"We had a party of five, Including two young teen children. We were Surprised to find that we were given a double room on the side of the hotel. (4 queen beds, total, with two separate full bathrooms. It also included a full kitchen, But with minimal supplies to use.) While we lost a good view from the front balcony, we gained a lot of good space, Especially needed since the island received record rain while we were there!! The breakfast was delicious, And the staff extremely friendly! We used the small pool twice . The area itself is not glamorous, but one block away and easy walk to nice downtown shopping and sites like 99 steps and the castle. Totally sad that we forgot they have their own restaurant at the hotel! Ended up spending too much money at one of the only places downtown open late. Next time we will eat at the bunker hill hotel for dinner, If it’s as good as it’s breakfast that is included!"

"Room 304 has commen balkoney just outside room - narrow sliding door in between. 2 feet between bed and seating in this commen balkoney. This giving curtains must be closed for pricicy giving no natural light or view outside view from room. In relation to price unacceptable. No price reduction offered or excuse given when we put forward the issue. Refrigerator and coffe machine but no cups, classes, butteled water or other nesseseries available."
