“The lift was out of order and will be for the next month I believe. The hotel is in need of an update and the beds are not comfortable. The staff were excellent though, very helpful and kind. No shuttle to the airport but an easy walk to it. Breakfast was alright but was a charge. Kids eat free for breakfast which was nice. ”

“The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return.”

“Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend St.Leonards Guest House. Lovely room, quirky and very well presented, exceptionally clean and a comfortable bed. Great having the fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Beautiful selection for breakfast. The host Keith was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond during our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.”

“OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! ”

“Nice room clean and tidy clean towels. I asked for an extra towel, and I needed it after washing my hair.. Didn't have the cleaner in our room while we were there, but I did ask the staff on the reception if we could have some tea coffee and milk.. she bought these items up to our room.. The cooked breakfast we had on our first day, the second day we was told the chef wasn't in that day. The third day, we had a full breakfast, but it was cold !! Not very good, either. No problem Parking at……
