“Room was disgusting, included free men's hair all over the bathroom, when no man was in our party and free stains on the sheets and someone obviously lost their socks and got forgotten in the dirty sheets provided at absolutely no additional costs. Bugs were also free. ”

“First room didnt have sheets on the beds or anything. Second room absolutely reeked of cigarettes and had hairs and stains all over the bedding, along with red stains all over the carpet (dont even want to know). Shower was filthy with stained curtains and hair all over. Parking lot is filthy and pretty sketchy at night. The reviews and pictures of this place are extremely misleading”

Since we are 75 and 77, climbing the stairs with suitcases was unexpected but doable. A note about the absence of an elevator would have been appreciated.
I also expected conditioner in the shower as all previous Choice Hotels have included conditioner.
It was significantly improved from our previous visit.”
