The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, there was dust and dirt throughout the room, and it did not feel sanitary. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. This really affected our stay, and I hope management improves housekeeping so future guests don’t have the same experience.”
