“The staff was very helpful specially the guy from the front desk that was kind all the time. Very clean room, the breakfast was excellent and the pool was well maintained and clean. I definitively recommend this Hote and I will not hesitate to come back again giving the chance. Good work Holiday Inn. Luis Miami.”

“Rooms were ok seemed outdated. Toilet was wobbly, breakfast area TV didn’t work. Breakfast was barely edible. The pool was dirty with leafs , bugs and long hairs. The fitness room just had 3 cardio machines. Unfortunately for us this was the best place to stay. The photos online are old . Maybe it looked like that several years ago. But it’s definitely not what it looks like now.”

“Property needs updating. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but musty smelling. Pool is dilapitating. At first glance propably not a property i would go in and get a room. Since we had already paid the choice was already taken away. It was quiet and bedding was comfortable. Door got stuck on flooring when opening and closing the door. Continental breakfast was provided and decent.”

“Resolve problem that we needed a last minute place to stay on labor day weekend we just needed a place to sleep.rooms where a little stuffy smell like humidity...and very outdated ac and linens etc. If you're not too picky , you ll survive”
