“Room smelled like cigarette smoke I know it was a smoking room but was bad”

“This by far is one of the nicest to stay in Lagrange. Very well located to all. The staff here is exceptional. Rooms are good, beds are comfortable, microwave/airfyer/conventional oven / double burner top. Excellent for this room. Maid service is always there everyday checking on your stay. Very quiet, well lite up. No worries at all. Thanks again for a wonderful stay”

“Everything was excellent except for maintenance issues in the room: 1) no stopper for the bathtub, 2) missing hook to hang clothing on bathroom door, 3) vanity light switch that didn't work, and 4) burnt-out bulb in bedside lamp.”

“Property was under a ton of renovations. Complimentary breakfast was in a room that was being renovated, the shower was barely lukewarm, the elevator inspection expired 02/2026. Just a terrible experience. ”

“The room was clean but lighting could have been better. Hotel is changing from Wyndham to Fairmont by Marriott as of Feb. 25 which created some confusion. Staff were pleasant and heipful.”

“The lady that checked us in was the best! Parking is convenient. The room we had was decent the floors seem dirty on the carpet and tile was sticky. The phone in the room worked but you had to hold the cord a certain way for it to work. Also the Wi-Fi was such a pain to get my son's ps5 to connect. Did get it to work but you can only have one device hooked to the wifi at a time. ”

“When we arrived at our room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There was leftover food in the drawers, beer still in the refrigerator, and old fries on the floor. Additionally, one of the beds appeared to have been used and was not fully made.”
