"The staff here is always friendly but there was some problems like with the the key getting stuck in the door having to have my door open for like an hour after and in the side door not opening having to walk all the way around but I'd stay here again"

"This hotel is a good value. It's not new, and there are small maintenance issues. My room had a sluggish toilet and a flickering light in the entryway. Nothing was to a level that I couldn't bear it. I didn't want anyone in my room while I was there, and I forgot to tell management. I do wish I could have chosen the room temp I wanted though. It won't adjust below 68, and I like to seep with a pretty cold room. That said, I would stay here again."

"You are about 20 minutes away from South Padre Island which is nice. Close to some good restraunts. As for the room , very clean but no coffee maker, no cups for water. You have to go to the lobby for those. Breakfast was decent."

"Staff friendly. Parking is paid parking and I have never had to pay to park at the hotel. Found a roach in the room. It was dead but still. The stream option on the tv did not work "

"My original reservation was canceled because the charge that was not suppose to happened happend even though I checked the box saying pay on site. The young woman at the counter did not know what she was doing therfore I did not receive my military discount. There were NO nightmanagers on the evening shift to fix mine or others peoblems. The room was nice, however the balcony door was screwed shut. "
