All the staff I encountered could not have been nicer. It is a dog-friendly hotel and at this location, there’s a pretty walking path with grass for dogs on the back side of the property. Breakfast was always stocked well and checked on often. By far the best tasting scrambled eggs I’ve had at a hotel buffet. The dining and lobby area with the fireplace and a couple of workstations make for an inviting and relaxing hangout spot if you want to get out of your room. The Internet in the rooms works well enough to be able to work remotely, as I was doing. The area is safe and has lots of grocery and dining options nearby. My only reason for taking off a star is that some of the fixtures in the room(s) need attention. My mattress was saggy and my back complained. Some of the outlets need attention. There are no hooks in the vanity area or bathroom with the tub and toilet. But the fridge was ice cold and the ice maker worked, as well as the dishwasher.
