“깨끗하고,조용하고,마누카뷰가 너무 좋아요”

“A hidden gem. We are hoping to make this our annual couple's retreat. Great location, gorgeous room and we would happily have sat out the back watching the waterfall over a drink forever. The only drawback, and it feels like a big one, is that we have to go back to our normal life now.”

“Cozy little studio with an awesome view of the farm. Comfortable bedding, sweet little lounge and kitchen facilities. 10mins drive to Helensville supermarket. We stayed 2 nights while attending a wedding at Kumeu Valley Estate. ”

“Walked straight in and smelt LOVELY! Super cosy place for me and my husband celebrating our one years anniversary. Nice and tidy and can’t get any better with the location. Thanks again!!”

“Great location, very close to the heart of the village. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well appointed and had a very comfortable bed. Heat pumps both upstairs and downstairs made it comfortable whatever the temperature. Communication was excellent throughout. Would happily stay again.”

“Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well.”

“Thank you for a lovely, peaceful stay in your off-grid space, so thoughtfully laid out and welcoming. Kaipara Flats is a special place, and so conveniently near to the humming town of Warkworth, plus to the beautiful Kaipara Hills. Thank you again”

“The property is cool. We took our elderly mum. The entrance to the house is flat and was easy for her to navigate. The house is well appointed in Kiwi chic, very comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bath is very tidy, address was very easy to find, 2 mins from the Warkworth Township. Steve is a top chap, nothing is a problem. The sheep on the other hand were a complete disappoinment, generally disinterested in us.”

“We really enjoyed oyr stay away here. Feels incredibly secluded and private. Loved the little thouches, breakfast in tbe fridge, home grown lemons and the room warmed before we areived.”

“A well appointed, spotlessly clean, and oh so comfortable hideaway, with lovely bush views. Hearing kiwi calling in the night and kākā during the day added to the feeling of being somewhere very special. Our hosts were lovely, and generous with their time and suggestions of things to do. The bach is just up the road from the Tawharanui Open Sanctuary (and night-time kiwi spotting), and the Matakana Market and Cinema are just 10 minutes away. We'll be back!”
